End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NTPCO for the use of the Winnow application ("the Licensed Application"). By downloading or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. Scope of license

NTPCO grants you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the Terms of Service. The license is limited to personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once. You may not copy, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you. NTPCO retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Application, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Data

The Licensed Application processes your photos and related data on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you choose to delete. Deletions are handled by Apple's Photos system and are recoverable from Recently Deleted for 30 days.

5. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the Licensed Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Licensed Application.

6. Maintenance and support

NTPCO is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Licensed Application, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support. For support, contact contact.ntpco@gmail.com.

7. Product claims

NTPCO, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer protection claims, to the extent not attributable to Apple.

8. Third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application.
